Outside of his professional work, Simon is a dedicated husband and father of three. He is an active student of leadership, history, geopolitics, and business philosophy and enjoys boating, boxing, basketball, and philanthropic involvement. He continues to contribute to the industry through speaking, mentorship, and thought leadership.
