Simon Jonna leads a team of industry recognized net-leased professionals specializing in the full spectrum of investment sales transactions; dispositions, sale-leasebacks, portfolio sales, forward commitment pre-sales under construction, shopping centers, urban core, multi-family, mixed-use, etc. His real estate lineage entails an active role with a national development company partaking in site selection for national and greater regional tenants, land assemblages, development spec sites, feasibility studies, re-locations and back fills, special-use conversions, landlord representation and tenant representation. Prior to his entry into the investment real estate segment, Simon's experience includes his stockbroker profession at UBS in addition to his up-tempo commodity brokering within the futures markets with personal mentorship from an industry mogul, preceded by financial advisory roles in related fields.
Simon's closings have been showcased on company ticker headlines as several of his deals surpassed expectations relative to CAP rates and pricing. Certain real estate deals are sometimes documented case studies on repeat occasions due to their unorthodox complexities with large net-leased portfolios or a multitude of moving parts between vying banks, third party vendors, cross debt, escrow hold backs and much more. At any given time, Simon has dealings within the high barriers of entry to the New York Boroughs, Cape Cod, Key West, Silicon Valley, Downtown Chicago, Long Island and other select regions when dealing with a host of America's real estate personalities.
Throughout his career, Simon has received national achievement award honors in addition to recognition in the Wallstreet Journal, the Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame and Dbusiness "30 in the Thirties", among others. Born and raised in San Diego, in 2005 he relocated to Michigan where he attended the University of Michigan with a major in Communications and Finance. Simon's father, Harry Jonna, is his mentor who instilled what it means to foster credible relationships and build upon them successfully, both in business and personal life. Simon is an avid reader and writer with a collection of paperback to include memoirs, history, business, real estate, finance, logic, political science, and the arts. When not working, Simon enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley and newborn son Simon Peter, along with his immediate family. He also enjoys boating, boxing and playing basketball. He believes in giving back and supports several charitable community organizations. He is also an active industry speaker, investor, partner and published author with a new book entitled "Diary of a Dealmaker" focusing on continued growth and evolution of his business.

Raymond started his career in 2008 after attaining his BA from the University of Michigan and later his MBA with specialty in real estate and finance, from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
As a member of the National Net Lease Group, Raymond earned distinguished National Pace Setting Awards in his first year as an investment sales agent. Over a decade later, Raymond boasts an extensive track record managing large scale national credit tenant portfolio transactions, 1031 exchanges, and sale-leasebacks for preferred developers, private investors, and institutions in over 40 states across the country.
